Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Genuine Parts is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level Online Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with online orders, account information, and product inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
