Pr Associate

Job Description:

Omnicom Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic PR Associate to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders. 2. Create and execute strategic PR campaigns to promote client brands and initiatives. 3. Write press releases, pitches, and other PR materials. 4. Monitor media coverage and report on results to clients and internal teams. 5. Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and media interviews. 6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure cohesive messaging. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in PR, media relations, or related roles. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media monitoring tools. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
