Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


As a Call Center Manager at Peter Kiewit Sons’, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center located in Austin, Texas. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a high level of motivation and energy, as well as strong decision-making and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor call center performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Train and mentor new employees to ensure they are up to speed on company policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 5. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 6. Motivated and energetic personality traits. 7. Strong decision-making and persuasion skills.
