Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Aflac in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies and claims 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow 5. Meet performance metrics such as call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 5. Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
