Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Lithia Motors is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time associate level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and adaptable personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist in product selection, pricing information, and order processing - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
