Yum Brands, a global leader in the fast-food industry, is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and escalating issues as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively solve problems and make data-driven decisions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred - Remote work experience is a plus
