Job Description - Chat Support Associate

Job Description:


New York Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat to our clients and policyholders.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Understand and address customer needs, ensuring a positive customer experience - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Present information clearly and concisely to assist customers with their insurance needs - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality support for all customers - Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Motivated and energetic individual with a passion for helping others - Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to new challenges - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
