Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Houston, Texas, US. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Provide support to clients with their insurance policies and any inquiries they may have - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collect and analyze client feedback to improve our services and offerings

Requirements: - Driven and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional client service - Strong soft skills in innovation and time management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
