Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Ralph Lauren in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is part-time and perfect for someone who is independent, driven, and looking to gain valuable experience in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Provide personalized product recommendations based on client preferences and past purchases - Assist clients with product selection and sizing - Process client orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor products to better serve our clients - Develop and deliver presentations to educate clients on new product offerings and promotions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Excellent research and presentation skills - Passion for customer service and creating positive client experiences - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
