Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Associate to join our team at SAP in Austin, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate customer requests and resolutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience. - Contribute to the development and improvement of customer care processes and procedures.


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Innovative mindset and strong presentation skills.
