Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Netskope is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer care through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions about our products and services - Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be located in Dallas, Texas
