Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Northrop Grumman in Dallas, Texas is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to provide top-notch assistance to clients. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of your team members. 7. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the customer service team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role for at least 7 years. 3. Excellent people management and planning skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
