Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

NCR, a leading technology company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in problem-solving situations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Provide product information and general support to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Independent and motivated individual - Strong leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
