Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


KKR is seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team based in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Remote Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers and collaborate with the sales team to execute. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and suggestions for product improvement. 5. Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products to ensure they are getting the most out of their experience. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to drive customer success and satisfaction. 7. Provide regular reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends to the management team.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
