Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Nationwide in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be working remotely, so strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships - Utilize customer feedback to improve products and services - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Resourceful and resilient attitude - Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
