Remote Customer Support Associate

Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.

As a Remote Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to implement solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
