Job Description: Fannie Mae is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints 3. Provide product and service information to customers 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 8. Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall service quality
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Prior experience in customer service or a related field 6. High school diploma or equivalent
