Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Gap is seeking a driven and hardworking Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat - Provide product information, sizing guidance, and order assistance - Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive interactions - Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in customer service preferred - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Must be detail-oriented and organized
