Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Symantec is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain entry-level experience in the tech industry. As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through online communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products. 3. Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively. 4. No experience required, we will provide training.
