Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Client Relations Officer to join our team at Zoom in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with online clients via phone, email, or chat to address any questions or concerns they may have - Serve as the main point of contact for online client accounts, providing support and guidance as needed - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback on their experience with Zoom's online services - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination with online clients - Keep detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Zoom services to existing online clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to online clients - Assist in resolving any technical issues or disputes that may arise with online clients
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably in an online setting - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer management tools - Driven and independent work ethic with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues effectively - Strong leadership and decision-making skills to handle complex client interactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
