Job Description: As an Online Customer Care Representative at Trinity Industries in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions for future reference and follow-up. 3. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and resolution of issues. 4. Identify trends in customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to products or services. 5. Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and customer service best practices. 6. Assist in monitoring and responding to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand image. 7. Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with team members. 3. Proficient in project management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and situations. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 6. Experience in a similar customer service role for at least 2 years. 7. Basic knowledge of MS Office suite and CRM software.
