Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

WeWork is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success and a passion for building strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of online customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful customer outcomes. 5. Lead ongoing communication with customers, providing support and guidance as needed. 6. Project manage customer initiatives and ensure timely completion of deliverables. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
