Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and test preparation. - Develop personalized lesson plans and study materials based on the student's strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals. - Engage students in interactive and collaborative learning activities to enhance their understanding of the subject matter. - Track and monitor student progress to identify areas of improvement and adjust teaching strategies as needed. - Maintain open communication with students and their parents to ensure a positive learning experience and academic success.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, mathematics, science, etc.) preferred. - Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. - Proficiency in using adaptive learning technology and online tutoring platforms.

Salary: - Competitive salary range from $200 to $500 per hour, based on experience and subject expertise.
