Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Representative in Washington, D.C. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions. 3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers. 5. Assist in project management tasks related to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience in project management is a plus.
