Job Description:


Siemens is seeking a motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time, work from home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, and possess strong analytical and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists and ensure high-quality service delivery to customers - Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalations - Develop training programs for support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 6+ years of experience in support management or a related role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
