Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with excellent decision-making and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and technical issues. 3. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize company systems and tools to effectively handle customer inquiries.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
