CarMax is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist, working from home in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Motivated and hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic - Ability to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism - Proficiency in using web chat software and other digital communication tools
