Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesDevelop positive relationships with customers and provide product and disease state expertise, utilizing technology (i.e. video, email, phone) when, at the same time, consistently collaborates with our company stakeholders and field sales counterparts.Tele-detail products in a way that is relevant to each individual customer; customize discussions and client interactions based on understanding of customer’s needs, in a manner consistent with the laws, regulations and our company values & policies.Within selected customer accounts, act as primary point of contact to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.Conduct mini surveys via phone accordingly to business requirement. Submit regular reports on sales and related activitiesPharmacist; Medical Doctor1+ years pharmaceutical sales roleStrong knowledge of customer/business strategyUnderstanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systemsPrevious secondary care sales experiencePrevious experience within the Therapeutic area and/or customer baseKey account management experience including clinical and administrative customersBusiness Acumen SkillsBusiness Management Skills: Planning and executionCustomer management skills: Segmentation &Targeting and Customer Engagement
