Responsibilities Develop sales operating budgets directly and coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability. Assume responsibility for the Sales Budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, business plan development, and ownership meetings. Collaborate with the Board of Directors (BODs) and manage the sales team to execute a strategic plan for managing and growing the companys revenue and market share. Position products and services in the local marketplace through suitable sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the hotel's positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications. Develop, implement, maximize, monitor, and evaluate the institutes Sales Strategy (goals, tactics, and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue-generating departments. Maximize colleague productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business and guest expectations. Manage all sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations to create a strong and disciplined sales team that achieves their sales goals. Ensure all sales proposals, collateral, digital tools, and other sales communications align with Vinpearl's chains, brand standards, and are up-to-date in terms of information. Be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Vinpearls strategic priorities while meeting colleagues, guests, and owner expectations. Perform other duties as requested by management or ownership. Qualifications Ideally, possess a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Have at least 6 years of sales experience; experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, and other relevant industries may include luxury goods, yacht & cruise, car, high-end real estate, etc. Effectively lead the department in providing the highest quality service to customers at all times. Results-driven, energetic, and focused. Exhibit a service-oriented style with professional presentation skills. Demonstrate a proven track record of business milestones. Possess strong organizational skills. Ability to harness financial and competitive set data to inform decisions. Ability to prospect new business and build relationships with current clients.
