Responsibilities: As the Growth Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the customer acquisition funnel for the company. You will manage and support activities throughout all stages of the customer experience, including acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling. Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition. Collaborate with relevant internal teams to create brand marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging existing audiences. Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging issues, including changes in business models, new tools, products, and features. Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends to conduct market research and identify opportunities to enhance marketing efforts. Prepare performance reports to update executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance, providing recommendations for improvement strategies. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth marketing role. Demonstrated success in executing growth campaigns. Proficiency in SEO, data analytics tools, A/B Testing, AARR Marketing Campaign Management, Conversion Rate Optimization, Partnership Strategy, and Project Management. Comfortable working in a dynamic and diverse environment. Results-oriented mindset.
