Job Responsibilities: Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors. Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback. Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented. Job Requirements: Good attitude and can work under pressure. Good communication in English. Benefits: Receiving 100% of salary during probation time. 22 standard working days per month. Pre-opening allowance from 2 million Vietnam Dong to 4 million Vietnam Dong per month. Pre-opening Service Charge bonus 1 million Vietnam Dong per month.
