Job Description: Recruitment & Staffing Collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in all recruitment and staffing activities for CISS & KNE entities, assisting the Head of HR in workforce planning, talent pool/database management, and development of qualified Vietnamese and foreign candidates. Work with senior management levels, including the Board of Directors, School leadership/Management Team, and Department Heads, serving as an HR representative in interview panels as needed. Operate under the guidance of the Head of HR to establish, monitor, and review recruitment needs throughout the school year, and jointly create a recruitment plan with HOS and Principals for all schools by November each year for the upcoming school year. Serve as a primary HR contact for posting/updating all recruitment materials such as school/company career websites, recruitment agencies, job fairs, and international publications. Lead the implementation of Employer Branding and recruitment advertising initiatives, collaborating closely with the in-house marketing department to enhance the companys career website to attract top talent and establish a strong employer reputation. Expand the company's online presence on various employment sites, devising innovative methods to attract potential employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment avenues. Monitor and provide timely reports to the Head of HR on HR-related activities. Learning & Development Develop and implement learning and development programs, including managing the L&D budget/fund. Collaborate with School Leadership/Management Team, Department Heads, and assist the Head of HR in organizing Training Courses/Professional Development for Vietnamese staff, while keeping timely reports on L&D costs/fund. Maintain records of professional development/training results and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training courses. Compensation & Benefits Collaborate with payroll specialists in payroll processing and tax declaration for both Vietnamese and expatriate staff, including all payroll-related payments. Work with other HR executives to manage the employment contracts of Vietnamese and expatriate staff to ensure accurate personnel file maintenance, including handling all fringe benefits for expatriate staff. Manage the termination/exit process for Vietnamese and expatriate staff, and provide timely reports on HR cost statistics and annual HR budget projections. HR Information System and Other Duties Maintain the employee database and profiles, ensuring all HR data is accurately updated on a timely basis. Collaborate with other HR executives to develop HR/labor reports for various local authorities on a regular basis. Monitor and provide timely HR reports on absenteeism and turnover data. Assist the Head of HR in managing health insurance for both Vietnamese and expatriate staff. Job Requirements: Bachelors or higher degree in international HRM, Business Administration, International Relations, Educational Leadership/Management, or related fields. At least 5 years of HR managerial experience directly relevant to the specified duties and responsibilities. Solid knowledge and experience in Vietnam laws, regulations, and practices of K-12 education and school services. Extensive knowledge and experience of Vietnam immigration law and employment law would be advantageous. Demonstrates the highest level of integrity and long-term commitment. Must possess accuracy, efficiency, high energy, attentiveness, meticulousness, and confidentiality. Strong teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to work independently as well as a team player, with the capability to identify and address problems quickly and effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, including patience and the ability to work well with staff at all levels. Hands-on experience in administering a major HR software system such as HRIS, ERP, SAP, etc.
