Key Responsibilities Learning & Development Coordinate and organize training sessions both with internal & external partnersPromote learning culture through gamifications and diverse learning methods Keep track & update learning data in LMSKeep track onboarding program (FIT journey) to ensure smooth journeys of the newcomersPromote Simplicity Program – the new way of working and enhance the Simplicity Culture. New Office Opening (May-Jun)Support Office Manager in office relocation Prepare communication to employees on Office Updates Support on Office Opening CeremonyOrganize engagement activities and run employees’ benefits. Plan and organize internal events/ activities for employees such as woman day celebration, wellness activities to promote wellbeing environment at L’Oreal. Main in charge for organizing annual health check for all employees. Conduct post-event evaluation, such as attendance rate, participant feedback and satisfactory level of employees.Create concept and design communication message to employees to promote participation and engagement.Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Monitor and manage employees Recognition platform: Be the admin side for recognition platform to support employees if having any issues, grant accounts for new hired employees into the platform or remove resignation employees. Lead recognition campaigns to increase recognition culture among employees. Work with platform vendor to ensure the quality of platform.Internal communication to employees: Prepare and design internal communication message to employees such as public holidays communication, new policies/ rules from L’Oréal regional, etc. RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above with at least years’ solid experience in learning Good interpersonal and communication skill Strong expertise to design and content creation Strong sense of responsibility and project management ability Fluency in EnglishGood in project management, design, content creation Puedes inscribirte en un máximo de tres ofertas en un período de días.
