The Offer Dynamic and Innovative Startup Environment Strategic Influence and Regional Impact Financial Stability and Growth Opportunities The Job Your responsibilities will include: Report directly to the COO based in the Regional HQ in Singapore and be responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, focusing on the local market in Vietnam. Lead the development of business plans for products, conducting product analysis and evaluation, forecasting product profit and loss, and overseeing product launches. Develop effective marketing campaigns from start to finish and refine campaign messaging for a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Formulate short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies tailored to meet company goals and objectives. Create strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development. Attend meetings to discuss sales plans for the product portfolio in alignment with agreed marketing plans alongside other departments. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional and advertising programs and recommend improvements. Research and analyze market trends and competitors, converting raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights. Evaluate and assess the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products, developing comparative statistics and metrics. Cultivate business relationships with both existing and new customers to identify potential opportunities within key territories, optimizing sales. Prepare annual expense budget reports and propose adjustments to budget implementation. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company The Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including extensive sales and marketing background. Preferred experience in Vietnam market. Possess strong leadership and management skills, managing multiple projects and teams concurrently. Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, providing detailed reports and actionable insights. Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal aptitude, fostering the development and maintenance of business relationships. Displays adept organizational and planning skills, effectively meeting tight deadlines. Adapts comfortably to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
