Responsibilities: Sales Operations SpecialistResponsibilities:Work with large and complex data sets to measure and analyse performance of the sales teams.Design and develop reports as well as performance measurement dashboards, leveraging cloud-based tools to streamline and automate report production.Work cross functionally with sales and product teams to deep dive on core business issues using quantitative data to drive sales and business KPIs.Provide analytical support on issues impacting business and operations performance depending on business needs and stakeholder requirements.Assist Head of department in sales planning and operation, proposing sales development programs and plans.Assist Head of department in building new products and features with technology team.Assist Head of department in designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Requirements:Requirements:English language fluency is a must.Degree level holder with at least 4 years of experience in a data/business analyst or strategy and planning role.Possess business analysis techniques and any experience in forecasting techniques or modelling would be a plus.Able to clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders and management.Familiarity with Looker and Looker Studio would be great.You have a thing for data & analytics, always thinking on what data is needed, how to structure it, and how to derive insights from it.Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter and able to drive projects independently.PropertyGuru Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learning environment with the best employees.
