Job Description ACG_1651_JOB Our client is a leading delivery platform-based company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:  Supervise policy implementation, resolve labor relations issues, and conduct employee evaluation activities in each period with the goal of optimizing human resource utilization and improving labor productivity. Forecast actual human resource problems, identify workforce instabilities, and propose optimal solutions. Consult with the department, coordinate with Recruitment and L&D teams to implement recruitment activities, allocate resources, employee training,... Propose and implement activities to maintain and develop company culture. Ensure the company’s core values and culture are communicated to employees. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Laws, or any related field.  At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources related to recruitment, policies, and labor relations.  Having experience working in companies with over 1,000 employees and having a group of unskilled workers is an advantage.  Proficiency in Excel and analyzing data.  Benefits Attractive salary.
