Sourcing Assistant - 采购助理 (Mandarin Speaker)

Job description

1. Development of new furniture products and new suppliers.
2. Negotiate with suppliers regularly to strive for the most beneficial business terms for the company's interests.
3. Handle abnormal product delivery and complete order delivery on time and quantity.
4. Regularly optimize product prices and complete the company's cost reduction requirements.
5. Handle the supplier's quality abnormality and claim for quality problem products according to the cooperation agreement.
6. Regularly evaluate the performance of suppliers to achieve survival of the fittest.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements

1. Graduates from local universities in Vietnam.
2. Strong initiative and high enthusiasm.
3. Have the ability to listen, speak, read and write in Chinese.
4. Meticulous and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit.
5. Have good professional ethics and literacy and be able to work under pressure.
6. Proficient in using Word, excel and other office software.
