Manage and operate the company overall, setting business goals and plans

Tổ chức kênh bán, lực lượng bán, tổ chức kinh doanh các dịch vụ trên mạng bưu chính được giao bao gồm: dịch vụ Bưu chính chuyển phát - phát hành báo chí, Dịch vụ Tài chính Bưu chính, Dịch vụ Kinh doanh và Phân phối hàng hóa, Dịch vụ Hành chính công và các ngành, nghề trong Giấy chứng nhận đăng k‎ý hoạt động của đơn vị. 
Organize sales channels, sales forces, and business operations for the services provided in the postal network, including: postal delivery and press distribution services, postal financial services, business and distribution of goods services, public administration services, and other sectors as stated in the unit's business registration certificate.

Quản lý, điều hành hoạt động bán hàng, xây dựng cơ chế kế hoạch, cơ chế bán hàng. Triển khai các dịch vụ mới, xây dựng quy trình nghiệp vụ, nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ cạnh tranh theo phạm vi địa bàn quản lý. 
Manage and oversee sales operations, establish planning mechanisms and sales mechanisms. Implement new services, develop operational procedures, and research the market and competitors within the management scope.

Quản lý và tổ chức toàn bộ công việc liên quan đến Kinh doanh, Marketing, Truyền thông, Phát triển thị trường và Quan hệ khách hàng để đạt được mục tiêu chiến lược của Công ty đề ra. 
Manage and organize all tasks related to Business, Marketing, Communications, Market Development, and Customer Relations to achieve the strategic goals set by the Corporation.

Nghiên cứu và phát triển thị trường mới, xây dựng mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với khách hàng/đối tác để xây dựng thị trường tiềm năng và tạo ra các cơ hội kinh doanh phù hợp với mục đích tăng trưởng doanh thu cho công ty. 
Research and develop new markets, build close relationships with customers/partners to identify potential markets and create business opportunities aligned with the company's revenue growth objectives. 

Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai và giám sát công tác quản lý chung đối với các hoạt động tại đơn vị, đảm bảo định biên nhân sự, định mức chi phí vận hành…
