Accounting Analyst

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Perform accounting functions as assigned, such as recording, reconciling, and analyzing accounting transactions.

* Monthly review of account reconciliations

* Provide analysis related to key accounts to ensure accurate results

* Monthly preparation of financial statements and other required reporting

* Assist with the annual audit process including both the readiness and execution, including preparation of supporting audit schedules

* Maintain fixed asset subledgers and own fixed asset process for business

* Complete monthly bank reconciliations

* Assist in quarterly bank covenant compliance reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

* This is a small team that requires individuals to be diverse in their capabilities and organized in their approach.

3-5 years of experience in a similar Finance and Accounting role (public accounting experience preferred).

* Solid working knowledge of US GAAP

* Undergraduate degree (B.S. in Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience).

* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (English)
