Accounts Payable Officer

A key team member of the Finance team, this role reports to the Financial Controller and your role will be responsible for processing / data entry of a high volume fast-paced accounts payable environment.
What will I be doing: To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a similar role:
High volume data entry and processing of invoices Matching purchase order with invoices Querying invoices with internal and external contacts when required Receiving supplier calls and emails and resolving accounts payable queries Processing monthly subcontractor progress claims, including requesting any associated paperwork from subcontractors Ensuring all accounts filing is up to date Other accounts related tasks as directed Liaise with the operations teams About You: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable Intermediate MS Office skills especially Outlook and Excel An ability to use initiative, plan, organise and prioritise multiple tasks A positive, professional and team focused attitude Strong attention to detail with a high regard for accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working with Dynamics GP accounting software and Uptick service software and/or the construction industry will be highly regarded About the Crest Team: We are a well-known, highly reputable brand within the building services industry – we're proud of our brand Strong reputation for quality products and service We specialise in the Design, Supply, Installation, Service and Maintenance of Commercial, Industrial and Residential air conditioning equipment Fabulous team of people - the very reason we continue to experience growth Stability and security – which is demonstrated by the way our people stay long term What to do next: If you believe you're the person we're looking for and want to be part of a fantastic culture that rewards hard work and dedication, apply NOW
