Description

Monthly & Yearly Closing:

• Coordinate with various teams to finalize the closing activities and calendar on time.
• Analyze the Trial Balance and Variance.
• Responsible for monthly financial closing and consolidation.
• Ensure accurate booking of various financial transactions by implementing a strong review mechanism.
• Provide senior management with insightful monthly financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Take the initiative in process improvement.

Statutory Audits:

• Analyze the impact of statutory changes on Financials Statements.
• Implement statutory changes in various financial processes and systems.
• Prepare Financial statements in line with Policies, Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Other Regulatory requirements.
• Provide the required schedules and reports to auditors.
• Ensure smooth and timely closure of Statutory audit.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Hands on Experience in consolidation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Timely delivery & Self Starter.
• MS Office – Excel, Word, Power.
• Proficiency in financial software – SAP
