ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThis role is responsible for leading the Oils-Grains-Sweeteners sourcing agenda for South Cone ( 19 suppliers/ usd), leading productivity projects in collaboration with R&D/innovation teams & leveraging our regional Team.Give visibility to management and the local/regional business on cost forecasting and develop our sustainability & digitalization agenda.Point of contact for regional teams for the implementation of strategies/projects, as well as the team with the Supply Chain team for supply issues (BCP)This roles is also accountable for ensure robust contract compliance agenda on negotiated costs, processes, and terms.Your ImpactAs Raw Materials Sr. Buyer, your responsibilities would consist of …Development & Execution of supplying strategies for Oils-Grains-Sweeteners.Consolidate volumen/spend/suppliers in order to leverage negotiations & Improve Payment Terms.Deliver productivity agenda working closely with R&D & multifunctional areas.Deliver visibility cost agenda with Finance & FP&A.Leverage LATAM Team to improve savings.Deploy BCP Agenda for managed categories.Ensure P2P Process.Spend Mapping /Cost Analysis & TrendsPromote governance Agenda, contracts, NDA´s, TPDD´s.Propose improvement plansComply with the PepsiCo Purchasing Policy and the Code of Conduct.
