Content Studio Lead

At Ogilvy we´re seeking a passionate and experienced Content Studio Lead to spearhead our dynamic content creation team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving creative vision, fostering a collaborative environment, and delivering high-quality content that exceeds client expectations and achieves marketing goals across international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with client needs and brand objectives.
• Lead and inspire a talented team of content creators, including writers, videographers, graphic and motion designers, and social media specialists.
• Oversee all aspects of the content creation process, from brainstorming and concept development to production and distribution.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and editorial calendars.
• Partner closely with account managers and creative directors to understand client needs and translate them into impactful content.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
• Manage content budgets effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and freelancers to supplement the in-house team.
• Analyze content performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading a creative content team in an agency or brand marketing setting.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, video, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of creative professionals.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is desirable.
• Experience in managing workflow or project management platforms (skills or similar)
