Apply now!EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Strategic Objectives: Ensure Premium Engagement program guideline adherence (including structure and pricing). Works closely with Premium Engagement Delivery team to ensure the scope of the engagement is customer ready in a timely manner, accurate and consumable by the customer from a business/technical perspective as well as from a resource and budget perspective. Educate customers buying center on Premium Engagement contracts and contracting procedures. Leads all customer contracting and negotiations. Resolves conflicts in the internal contractual, business and legal process. Work with sales and delivery to develop value-based business cases and proposals. Assist with a variety of special projects targeting the construction of foundation segments for evolving pilot programs. Act as trusted advisor to sales and delivery Guide team in creation of overall theme and competitive differentiation. Provides additional thought leadership and an ability to clearly articulate how SAP Premium Engagement offerings complement all SAP and 3rd party offerings. Provides a consultative technical advisor approach. Educates prospects and SAP Field as needed on Premium Engagement support offerings. Uses their knowledge of SAP solutions and maintenance offerings to provide collaborative leadership within the virtual account team in support of sales plan execution. Scope: LACX EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement Master equivalent: optional 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, service or maintenance sales or delivery Excellent presentation and communication skills 5+ years of experience in contracting and contract negotiation Consistent demonstrated history of successful customer focus support either through direct engagement in sales process or in a support role from delivery Possess a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and creativity Able to rapidly absorb new facts and techniques Motivated to exceed the needs of customers despite internal and external obstacles
