Description
The key objectives of this role include: Project management for Hire Purchase and Leasing Products. Initiate meeting with related departments, which shall include project progress plan, delivery schedule, business process update, etc. Work closely with business stakeholders, external consultants and vendors to achieve project deliverables and outcomes. Ensure benchmarking with competitors as well as customer input being reflected in new products or the adjustment of current products. Ensure the development of product value propositions, training materials and coordination of system testing of campaigns, programs and new products. Support in sales forecasting and dealer target & incentive scheme. Job Responsibilities Project management for Hire Purchase and Leasing Products. Regular interaction with Finance & Controlling Team ( Understanding Pricing Model & Accounting Posting) Insurance Dept (Bundling of Products)Credit Dept (Understanding of Credit Rules)Operations (Understanding of Operations Process) Share/Evaluate knowledge of market trends and feedback to relevant stakeholders to influence and develop products in line with business plans. Preparation of monthly / quarterly reporting of effectiveness of campaigns, joint programs and new products. Qualifications Education: Degree in Business or something similiar
Work experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales
Organizational Skills Written and Verbal Communication Skills Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. PC Skills. Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint on advanced level). Culturally adaptable team player. Flexible to work anytime. Highly Self Motivated Sales Driven and " Go Getter" mentality Very good understanding of Automotive Financial Products (Hire Purchase, Operating Lease, Islamic Financing) Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of cross-functional teams Ability to plan and prioritize activities whilst maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict deadlines. This role is under employment of third party recruitment agency, providing services to Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia
