Facilities Manager
Requirements :
Professionals with studies in Industrial, Civil Engineering, Architects or similar.
Have bachelor's degrees. Plus*
+ years in Facilities operations.
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office.
Bilingual English
Excellent leadership, customer service and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance and services team at corporate client facilities.
Administration of the facilities to offer the level of service expected by the client.
Supervise the programming of maintenance services, operations and commercial management.
Control of suppliers and contractors.
Budgetary and financial control.
Responsible of verify and manage general operations.
Management of KPI's.
Others can be added.
