RYZ is looking for a Finance Controller who will play a critical role in driving financial operations and strategic decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure financial integrity, optimize performance, and support our ambitious growth plans. You will lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans. The Finance Manager will collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs, provide strategic guidance, and serve as a trusted advisor on financial matters, contributing to the overall business strategy and performance.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically, providing financial recommendations that align with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications: - Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
