You will learn and be exposed to investment partnerships (Hedge fund and Private Equity) taxation, as well as, preparation of Partnership Tax allocations and forms Schedule K-1, Form 1065, various state returns and state withholding forms, including international Tax compliance reporting. Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience. Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
