Loan Car Manager

Mercedes-Benz of Plano is currently seeking a Loan Car Manager.
This position supervises a small team and manages daily responsibilities in the Loan Car Department.
Responsibilities: Greeting Customers at the Loan Car desk in a helpful & friendly manner Overseeing small team of employees The ability to manage escalated situations in a calm, professional manner Reviewing rental terms and rates with customers so they have a clear understanding of agreements Completing paperwork and reports in a timely manner Confirming rental quotes and reservations Maintaining rental fleet Managing work schedules for Loan Car employees Keeping work area clean and orderly; maintaining file system and paperwork Requirements: 2-3 years of managerial/supervising experience Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills Professional appearance Organized and detail-oriented What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Group Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Flexible Spending Account Competitive Pay Plans PTO Ewing Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
