Office Manager

We are seeking for a experienced Office Manager for administrative task in our office in ZTE Corporation in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage, diagram, organize, supervise and execute general administrative task of the company.
• Contract management.
• Purchasing and solving the office supply needs.
• Negotiating with subcontractors on contracts/prices/payment terms/ etc.
• Guide the company documentations.
• Leader of the administrative team members.
• Be able to carry out control of the tasks carried out in the area.
• Cost and profitability analysis.
• Attendance management, staff check-in and check-out procedures, event organization, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Business Administration / Accounting or equivalent.
• +5 years of experience in administration, office management or office coordination.
• Negotiation, Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Positive approach and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure.
• Efficient at multitasking with acute attention to detail.
• Advanced proficient in English.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Driver's license.
